Sour Cream Cornbread

Ingredients:

1 can cream-style corn

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup sour cream

1 cup self-rising cornmeal

2 eggs

2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Combine corn, sour cream, eggs, and oil. Beat well. Combine cornmeal and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Pour into a greased 10 " iron skillet or a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
