Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cups buttermilk baking mix

1/4 cup melted butter

2/3 cup milk

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine baking mix, milk, and cheese. Mix with a wooden spoon until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Combine butter and garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits before removing them from the cookie sheet. Serve warm.
