NOTICE OF LAST DATE TO CLAIM SATILLA REMC CAPITAL CREDITS

Satilla REMC is attempting to locate former members whose capital credit checks were issued in 2019 but have been unclaimed. A list of these members and instructions for claiming these funds will be posted on April 1st at our corporate office located at 928 GA Hwy 32 E, Alma, GA, for review from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The last possible date to claim capital credit funds is September 30, 2025.

Hurricane Helene Update

We currently have 491 outages remaining, affecting 1,365 members. Our crews are working tirelessly to restore power as quickly as possible. Due to the severe damage on the west side of our service territory, miles of our distribution system are being repaired. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time. Rest assured, our teams are still in the field, and we will continue to work until we have restored power to every meter on our system.
