Marinated Mixed Vegetables

    Ingredients:
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
1 can shoepeg corn
1 med. onion - chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 sm. green pepper - chopped
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup vinegar
Directions:
Cook garden peas and carrots. Add onion, pepper, vinegar, corn, sugar, and salad oil. Allow marinating overnight in the refrigerator.
